Shipping policy

Free shipping on all UK mainland orders

At KickLocker, we offer free express shipping on all UK (mainland) orders. All orders are carefully inspected and packed by us here at KickLocker to ensure your goods reach you in their original condition.

Our delivery partners

We use DHL or EVRI next-day insured tracked shipping. All orders received before 1pm GMT Monday to Friday will be processed the same day and orders received after 1pm or on Weekends will be dispatched promptly the next working day.

Keeping you updated

We will keep you updated with dispatch and tracking information by email. We may share your data (such as name, shipping address, email and telephone number) with our delivery partners to fulfil your order and send you shipping notifications.

International shipping

We do not currently ship outside of the United Kingdom but we are working on it and will be offering worldwide express shipping soon (including a Next-day express overnight service to the US and Canada).
