Refund policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that the customer is liable for the cost of return shipping.

Contact us in the first instance and if your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, missing parts or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can make it right. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once that return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know once the refund has been approved. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days back on to the original payment method.
